The present resolution shall not in any way prejudice the continued existence of the International Labour Office or the measures taken or to be taken by the International Labour Organization to make in its Constitution such changes as may be' required as the result of the dissolution of the League, or the enjoyment by the International Labour Organization of the privileges and immunities provided by Article 7 of the Covenant pending elaboration of and acceptance by the Members of the Organization of other provisions dealing with this matter. 12. The amount collected for the expenses of the International Labour Organization in the Budget of 1946 shall remain available for that purpose down to and after the end of the year. 13. (1) The Board shall in due course transfer to the International Labour Organization its appropriate share in the Renovation Fund and any other fund in which it may have an interest. (2) The balances of the International Labour Organization for the financial years 1941, 1943, and 1944 shall be transferred from the suspense account in which they are at present placed to a special reserve fund for the International Labour •Organization. 14. An agreement to cause the full ownership of the land and buildings at present occupied by the International Labour Organization to vest in that Organization shall be concluded between the Secretary-General of the League and the Acting Director of the International Labour Office and all the steps which, under the law of the Republic and Canton of Geneva or of the Swiss Confederation, are necessary to give effect to the agreement shall be taken as soon as possible. Administrative Tribunal 15. The following amendments are hereby made in the Statute of the League of Nations Administrative Tribunal: — (1) Wherever the words 4 League of Nations Administrative Tribunal' occur in the Regulations, they shall be replaced by the words 4 International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal.' (2) Paragraph 1 of Article 3 shall read as follows : ' (i) The Tribunal shall consist of three judges and three deputy judges who shall all be of different nationalities.
